At Wallace Hairdressing we believe that the designers in all of our salons are some of the Midlands most talented hairdressers. We place a massive importance on ongoing training in both their technical abilities but also with equal importance with their customer satisfaction and client communication.

We have regular training sessions with some of the Country's leading Hairdressers and Technical Specialists. They are encouraged to enter the industry award competitions, take part in our photographic sessions and become Industry Platform Artists.

In the last 5 years we have won the Redken Rap Regional Award three times, and last year Gail Taylor one of our senior designers in our Monkspath salon won the National Redken Colour Genius Award at a glittering Award Ceremony at London's Battersea Park Arena.We also have one of our young designers from our Coleshill salon Katie Macklin winning through to the same final this year.

It is our aim to inspire our customers, to experience the best possible hair colouring and styling makeovers. Through really listening in our customer reviews, and for Richard Wallace to provide the perfect backdrop for this to happen. All of our salons are designed to high standard, featuring quiet areas for colour clients waiting for their hair to process, vibrating basin chairs in the cleanse area, full range of hair treatments and refreshments including wine and beer.

We also offer a choice of designers who differ in experience and price; we feel this offers our customers a great choice, without compromising the quality. All our young designers have been trained by us and know our standards and expectations.

We feel that our Salons offer our customers a fantastic bespoke service to suit their individual needs and desires. We have great teams in all our Salons and Fantastic Customer Satisfaction is our aim with every customer.
